HII-Mission Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Functional Analyst, Lead, who will support refining a centralized data environment (CDE) with impact across DoD! Key functionality for this position contributes toward auditable financial transaction data, and building a common operating picture for leadership.
A successful candidate will be well-versed in Python, relational database (SQL), has strong written/oral communications, and can work as part of a team providing productive input toward solving challenging problems. Team members must be able to internalize and appreciate strategic requirements, to best align the most meaningful data to decision makers- getting the right data to the right people! This position will also include a hybrid work schedule, including telework!

What you will do
- Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification
- Manage all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems
- Maintain analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as liaison with business
- Guide development aligned to established business needs and/or policies
- Reconcile source data
- SQL project duties
- Additional duties as assigned or required
What we are looking for
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
- Python experience
- Relational Database (SQL) experience
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance
