Responsibilities
The Training Manager will create and maintain baseline unit training programs.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Identify future training requirements and implement training plans
- Manage leadership development programs
- Coordinate with outside agencies for external training
- Manage training program for multiple career disciplines
- Communicate with senior leaders and unit members to ensure training objectives are met
Schedule organizational training
Qualifications
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- 20 years professional instruction experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, capable of large quantity of self-education
- Experience using ISD training model
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong collaborator with high emotional intelligence
- Effective time-management skills
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 more years experience in lieu of a degree.
Clearance requirement: Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI)
