Top Skills Required:
Top Secret Clearance with active/eligible SCI
Network Monitoring Tool Suites and ITSM experience: SolarWinds, WireShark, WhatsUp Gold, SpiceWorks, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor customer network data, applications, and operational architecture in a 24/7 Operating Center environment.
Work with Telco providers, LECs, and customers to troubleshoot circuit and data issues.
Provide operational support for all network components, conduct problem determinations, escalations, and resolutions.
Assist and train lower-level support employees.
Communicate any impact to operational continuity to customers and Leidos leadership.
Balance priorities and customer needs during outages or service degradation.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Network Administration/Troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows Systems administration tools and processes.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/events simultaneously.
Experience with SolarWinds for network monitoring.
Experience in secret and top secret network topology.
Professional customer service experience in a 24 x 7 operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA, or other relevant networking certifications.
DHS IT experience.
Microsoft Certifications.
Taclane/Encryptor/Token troubleshooting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with various network types (LANs, WANs, WLANs, SANs, VoIP).
Understanding of the OSI model and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, BGP, LDP).
Experience with SAFe® Agile and DevSecOps.
Current Secret clearance.
IT certifications such as Security+, CISSP, etc.
SAFe® certified, ITIL® v4 equivalent.
