Electronic Technician

Key Role:

C ond uct assembly and fabrication of electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment, calibration equipment, power tools, and electronic tooling. Apply industry and organizational knowledge to programs and projects. Apply standard policies , procedures, and practical application of the general and te chn ical aspects of the job to complete assignments. Work under general supervision. Complete routine work under no instruction, with general instructions given for new assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience as an Electronic Te chn i cia n
• Knowledge of electronic component fabrication and assembly
• Ability to support electronic assembly fabrication, including wiring harnesses, electronic circuit boards, and integration of electronic components
• Ability to analyze engineering drawings to determine the electronic fabrication requirements and layout of electronic assemblies
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience building multi-level circuit boards
• Experience with Navy or Marine Corps Expeditionary
• Knowledge of the design of electronic systems and components
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with client engineers
• J-STD, IPC 610 or 620 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
