Tools Systems Engineer

• Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning, and measurements. The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
• Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite.
• Assist with the development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $133,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
