As a Senior Solutions Architect - Public Sector at Endgame Systems, LLC you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners and community. You will understand and solve our customer’s business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community through events and programs, and enable sales through our Partners. A successful SA at Endgame Systems, LLC will be focused on excellence; taking the initiative to improve both themselves and the team through continuous learning and questioning the status quo.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Serving as the technical leader for the accounts in your assigned territory.
• Building a trusted relationship with your account managers.
• Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs if and when they do.
• Creating and owning value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations, and making their success yours.
• Actively participating in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate the value of our offerings in sales meetings, and at events such as meetups and conferences.
• Working with customers and partners to design data flow architectures, data lifecycles, and hardware specifications that integrate Elastic products with existing environments and align costs with performance requirements.
• Onboarding, educating, enabling, and supporting our partners throughout the sales cycle and project implementation.
• Creating collateral, leading webinars, enabling others, and collaborating with other Elasticians to meet client needs and broader team needs.
• Being the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs and  gaps, and advocate for product enhancements to our engineering and leadership teams.
• Deepening both your sales and technical skills through self driven education while taking advantage of all the professional development opportunities provided by Elastic.
What You Will Bring Along:
• A track record of success in a technical presales or onsite consulting role; you have enough experience with data-related technologies to earn your customers’ trust.
• A broad understanding of IT systems, technologies, architectures, products, and industry trends.
• A demonstrable ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies.
• An innate curiosity and a drive to continuously learn: you are someone that invests in yourself as much as you invest in your professional relationships.
• A history of successful customer relationships where you developed an understanding of what made a difference and devised solutions that helped meet a goal, tackle a problem, or outpace competitors.
• An ability to influence. Have you convinced people to try out an idea, select a technology, or commit to an architectural pattern?
• The ability to inspire groups, both large and small.
• Experience working in the US IC mission space.
• A willingness to travel 25%, as well as occasionally internationally.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE).  On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 70/30 pay mix (base salary / target variable).  
The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below.  This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  
An employee's position within the OTE range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.  Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
The typical starting salary range for this role is:
$107,500—$169,000 USD
The typical starting Target Variable range for this role is:
$46,000—$73,000 USD
The typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is:
$153,500—$242,000 USD
