Responsibilities
- Manages site activities
- Manages the execution of site operations to ensure that projects are completed in a safe and timely manner
- Administrates operations and activities to detect unsafe conditions or actions and takes action to correct them
- Meets with the project manager regularly to ensure deadlines are being met
- Ensures all work complies with company and government regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions
- Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies
- The candidate will be responsible for communicating requirements, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with staff, teammates, and corporate resources
- The candidate will be responsible for performance management, financial management, and employee morale initiatives
- The candidate will provide analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise
- The candidate must be able to research, identify, and make recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
- The candidate must also gather, process, and analyze operational data
- The candidate must Identify and recommend emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes
Qualifications
- Maintenance supervisory experience with teams greater than 20 people is required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Must have a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of applicable experience, or a High School Diploma and 9 years of applicable experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Possess or obtain a US Passport
Desired Qualifications:
- U.S. Air Force rotary wing maintenance experience preferred
Production and Quality control experience is preferred
