Site Lead, Pinnacle Solutions MH-139 Maintenance

Pinnacle Solutions is looking for a Site Lead with helicopter maintenance and supervisory experience who will be the Pinnacle representative on site for our employees and other teammates. Responsibilities

• Manages site activities
• Manages the execution of site operations to ensure that projects are completed in a safe and timely manner
• Administrates operations and activities to detect unsafe conditions or actions and takes action to correct them
• Meets with the project manager regularly to ensure deadlines are being met
• Ensures all work complies with company and government regulations
• Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions
• Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies
• The candidate will be responsible for communicating requirements, mitigating risks, and communicating effectively with staff, teammates, and corporate resources
• The candidate will be responsible for performance management, financial management, and employee morale initiatives
• The candidate will provide analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise
• The candidate must be able to research, identify, and make recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
• The candidate must also gather, process, and analyze operational data
• The candidate must Identify and recommend emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes

Qualifications

• Maintenance supervisory experience with teams greater than 20 people is required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Must have a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of applicable experience, or a High School Diploma and 9 years of applicable experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Possess or obtain a US Passport

Desired Qualifications:

• U.S. Air Force rotary wing maintenance experience preferred
  
  Production and Quality control experience is preferred
