Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Research Analyst, Journeyman to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the study and analysis of technological challenges related to engineering/scientific development of processes, systems, and equipment.
- Responsible for designing and executing procedures for experiments, tests, and evaluations on weapons utilizing mathematical and computerized modeling and other analytical techniques.
- Provide results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers.
- May provide direction to junior level analysts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor of Art (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Operations Analysis position.
- Experience working in Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- This is an onsite position. Must be able to report to work location five (5) days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Navy aircraft and weapon systems.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract.
Physical Requirements:
- Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
