OM&S Ordnance Audit Remediation Support
Position Descriptions:
• Audit background preferred.
• Communication skills necessary. Individual will lead quarterly touchpoints with NCR Management Review Control (MRC) team for strategic alignment and consistency in delivery (Partner/Principal).
Qualified candidates will lead and manage the following:
o Support for Fleet implementation, execution, and sustainment of the OM&S Ordnance MRC program and audit campaign plan.
o Support for existence and completeness baseline efforts
o Provide training and operational control support, assist with inputting results into the Measure of Performance (MOP) dashboard, conduct root cause/trend analysis over testing exceptions.
o Maintain communication with Fleet and headquarters to monitor progress and consistency across locations.
o Provide site visit support for maintaining site visit schedules, pre-visit preparations, physical inventory control training, auditor response, and support remediation of real-time issues during site visits.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience: Candidate must have Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience, including six (6) years of experience leading financial management services and related projects.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management related field from an accredited institution.
- Clearance Level: Secret clearance (Interim clearance is sufficient)
- Must be a US Citizen
