Job Title: IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and decisive IT Operations Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of FISMA High system computers and networks utilized by a large cybersecurity operations center. This role involves managing enterprise cybersecurity services provided to the client's information systems, ensuring compliance with federal and agency IT Security policies, and implementing NIST 800-53 r5 high-impact security controls.

We are seeking a skilled and decisive IT Operations Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of FISMA High system computers and networks utilized by a large cybersecurity operations center. This role involves managing enterprise cybersecurity services provided to the client's information systems, ensuring compliance with federal and agency IT Security policies, and implementing NIST 800-53 r5 high-impact security controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Requirement Analysis: Evaluate business strategies and requirements to determine security needs. Conduct system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments, identify integration issues, and prepare cost estimates.
- Security System Planning: Develop requirements for and evaluate network and security technologies, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related devices. Design public key infrastructures (PKIs) utilizing certification authorities (CAs) and digital signatures.
- Security Plan Maintenance: Monitor compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. Develop and conduct training programs to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Security Standards Maintenance: Oversee the IT environment to identify security and operational gaps. Evaluate and implement necessary enhancements to maintain security standards.
- System Security Reporting: Prepare comprehensive system security reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

- ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- ISC2 Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP) - highly desirable
- ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- ISACA Certified Information System Manager (CISM)
- ISACA Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
- GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
- EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
- Cisco Certified Architect (CCAr)
- Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE)
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Security
- Axelos ITIL Master
- Axelos ITIL Strategic Leader (SL)
