Electrical Engineer
The Opportunity:
As an Electrical Engineer, you'll serve as a Subject Matter Expert on our team, applying te chn ology concept development expertise to advise and assist our Department of Defense client to reduce threats around the world. You'll provide scientific and project management support while leveraging military experience to maximize client support. You will leverage subject matter expertise in CBRN threat detection and identification science using passive or standoff detection methods, such as spectroscopy, lasers, lidar, or quantum sensing for high-resolution mapping of CBRN agents. Additionally, you'll determine the needs and opinions of warfighters for emerging te chn ologies and c ond uct presentations of te chn ology developed in this science and te chn ology division.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 1+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the application and analysis of scientific principles for future te chn ologies
- Experience using MS Office
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Science
Nice if You Have:
- Experience with te chn ology prototyping or automation
- Experience in the U.S. military
- Knowledge of traditional and emerging CBRN warfare agents
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of strong analytical skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
