Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Systems Engineer to support SOCOM

Responsibilities

• Apply a structured approach to the design and implementation of system and service applications. Capture and translate mission and customer requirements into capabilities using the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Analyze and allocate requirements to systems architecture components and oversee the design development, testing, and validation of systems and services.
• Coordinate the integration of systems and services into enterprise architecture and oversee deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Must have an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• 5+ years supporting current windows desktop technologies and client/server applications in a windows-based network environment. Specifics include: Microsoft Windows Server, current/latest version of Exchange (or other enterprise mail systems) Active Directory, Group Policy; Solid understanding of TCP/IP network fundamentals and related equipment (switches, routers, etc.)
• Virtualization experience required (VMWare/Hyper-V)
