Senior Software Developer (Cold Fusion)
Location: Pentagon/Joint Base Andrews
Position Summary
Deploy360 is seeking a Senior Software Developer (ColdFusion) to design, develop, and maintain
enterprise software solutions. This role focuses on creating scalable and innovative software systems
to support mission-critical operations and ensuring compliance with enterprise architectural
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot software applications using ColdFusion, Oracle
databases, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API calls.
• Debug and resolve production issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead the design and development of new software products and significant enhancements to
existing systems.
• Coordinate and manage software upgrades, conversions, and integrations across various
applications.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, enterprise architects, and management to
gather and implement application requirements.
• Proactively participate in Agile development processes to ensure the timely completion of
project deliverables.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, ensuring high-quality coding practices and
technical skill growth.
• Leverage tools such as Digital.ai Agile development and Subversion configuration
management to support development processes.
• Evaluate and recommend software packages, integration tools, and testing frameworks to
optimize development workflows.
• Create and maintain architecture designs, software user manuals, and training materials for
stakeholders.
• Plan and optimize existing software architecture and ensure the delivery of compliant and
secure solutions.
• Maintain and update software documentation, including requirements, architecture, testing,
maintenance evaluations, release notes, and bills of materials.
• Assist application owners with compliance activities, including the creation and maintenance
of system diagrams, software architecture, and network diagrams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in ColdFusion, Oracle database, SQL,
JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API calls.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Clearance: Active SECRET clearance required.
• Proven ability to work in controlled and repeatable Agile SDLC environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical
concepts to diverse audiences.
