Program Manager

Our client, in Washington DC, is currently in need of a Program Manager for a initial 12-month contract.The Program Manager will be onsite 4 days a week in Washington DC and work remotely on Fridays. The consultant will be supporting a 10 year / multibillionmodernization effort arounddistribution for a large government organization

Required Skills:

• 8 years of Program Management experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft tools including Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Strong VBA experience for reporting purposes
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain management/logistics, or related field.
• 4 days a week onsite in Washington DC

Preferred Skills

• 8 or more years of experience managing supply chain/building construction projects. Ideally around material handling, construction, new facility development, or electro-mechanical equipment in a consulting environment.
• PMP/PMI certifications
• Generating reports in Power BI
• Experience with industrial engineering
• Build out Project Schedules in MS Project
• Previous experience supporting the USPS
