Job Description:
L3Harris is searching for talented Engineering Test Technicians to join the L3Harris team testing fiber optic switch modules and chassis. The candidate will be responsible for executing CCA functional, thermal/vibration ESS tests and final acceptance tests on hardware. Various shifts available 4/10AM shift (Monday to Thursday), 4/10PM shift (Monday to Thursday) and 3/12AM shift (Friday to Sunday), support.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics to perform work duties
- Work under direct supervision using a prescribed set of processes and procedures
- Work directly with engineers optimizing test processes and procedures
- Lean, continuous improvement mindset
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Ability to read and understand spreadsheets
- Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment with strong attention to detail
- The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)
- Professional attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Ability to work occasional weekend, off-shift, and overtime work.
