Description
BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Joint/Coalition Integrator in support of HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming. The Joint/Coalition Integrator will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames including concept development, objective analysis, assessment planning, game design, event planning, management and execution, and post-game analysis. Primary locations are Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Principal facilitator for integrating Army, Navy, Marines, Special Operations, and Coalition partners for AF wargames.
- Energizes the identification and recruitment of wargame participants.
- Helps organize and facilitate participants and cells to achieve wargame objectives.
- Supports wargame operations.
- Participates in, and ensures non-DAF Service and Coalition equities and capabilities (to include orders of battle, toolkits, laydowns) are included in, the development and execution of wargame design, objective, and analysis plans.
- Contributes to data collection during wargame events.
- Supports adjudication as required.
- Conducts post-game analysis and drafts wargame reports.
- Supports development and dissemination of post-game outcomes forsenior leaders and stakeholders.
- Participates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directed.
- Supports the coordination of AFF and wider USAF participation in, and inputs to, other Service wargames.
- Assists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of military experience.
- Have completed Joint Professional Military Education Level 1
- A minimum of 2 years in a designated Joint Billet.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Top-secret with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Designation as Joint Qualified Officer, Level 3 is highly desired.
- Experience with Coalition partners or on an international staff is desired.
- Navy Fires knowledge highly desirable.
- Army Fires knowledge highly desirable.
