Key Responsibilities
Strong background in ISE (troubleshooting, implementation). Expertise in 802.1x configuration and network device authentication. Proven customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and related security technologies. Nice-to-Have Skills

The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced security technologies, customer engagement, and a proactive mindset to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with design work, defining best practices, and creating solutions for secure networks.
- Troubleshoot network security issues and provide hands-on operational support.
- Perform "hands-on keyboard" tasks such as opening ports, configuring protocols, and managing deployments.
- Conduct knowledge transfers, including documentation and technical training.
- Support implementations and perform lab work for testing and validation.
- Engage directly with customers to provide ownership and resolution of network issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of related experience in network and security engineering.
- Certifications:
- Required: Top Secret Clearance (eligible for SCI), CISSP or Security+.
- Preferred: CCNP, DevNet certification.
- Familiarity with "Comply to Connect" (C2C) initiatives.
- Advanced experience with StealthWatch and related network monitoring tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP or Security+.
