CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Program/Project Operations professional who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Bethesda, MD helping manage the Carderock portion of a NAVSEA program. We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is supporting Future Submarine Design efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the customer, the financial team, and engineering team to develop financial reports and create, track, assign, distribute and report status on actions from multiple projects and sources.
  • Assemble disparate financial data.
  • Responsible for classified inventory and maintaining classified files
  • Administrative tasks to include note taking, summarizing tasks, letter writing, etc.
  • Provide a weekly status report for task leads.
  • Create and use templates to track technical and programmatic status of multiple projects.
  • Create and distribute templates for Technical Project Documentation such as summaries, reports and presentations.


Qualifications:
  • US Citizen with active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain.
  • Experience working with and a familiarity with Security Classified Guides, NNPI, how to handle need-to-know documentation, access control, etc.
  • Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) in science, engineering, math, or finance related fields, and 7+ years of experience in providing program analyst support.
  • Above working level knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with MS Office suite of products.
  • Eager to learn, self-starter.

  • Secret clearance
  • Experience with SIPR
  • Proven ability to be able to cover the responsibilities of other people during leave, including higher level staff
  • Experience working on a government or DoD site
  • Graduate Degree in science, engineering, math, or finance related fields
  • 10+ years of experience providing program analyst support

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
