Telos is seeking a highly qualified Senior IT Manager to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.

Telos is seeking a highly qualified Senior IT Manager to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.
Job Duties
- Provide C4I customers with responsive, flexible management support on issues related to personnel, coordination, logistics, maintenance, performance, project management, quality control, and evaluation issues.
- Provide strategic, next generation system planning and integration to enable senior leader decision making.
- Participate in Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) and other technical and management meetings and reviews, as required by the customer, to assist with planning, integration, and installation of engineering and technical solutions.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective standard operating procedures (SOP's) for tasks required by the customer.
- Assist the Program Manager with operational and administrative management aspects of the program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degrees, Certifications, and Education Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor of Science degree in information technology or related discipline.
- Ten (10) or mor years of experience managing an IT support staff.
- Familiarity with DoD IM/IT governance models
- Possess a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree with eight (8) years of experience.
Work Environment
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable)
