We have an immediate need for an IT Project Manager, working on a Hybrid schedule, to join our team in Pensacola, Florida,. This position requires an active secret clearance.
In this role, you will:
• Manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions.
• Work closely with clients to modernize IT applications.
• Move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Possess an active Secret Clearance and Security+ Certification.
• Education - HS diploma or GED.
• Willing to work a Hybrid schedule – typically 2 days onsite and 3 remote.
• 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment.
• Experience with facilitating and leading client-facing engagements.
• Experience in a DoD environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Jira.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Ready Relevant Learning (RRL).
• Experience with IT Governance.
• Experience with the U.S. Navy.
• Experience with DADMS or DITPR DON.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
