Eiden Systems Consulting is seeking a skilled TS/SCI cleared Research Specialist for an upcoming contract award. This role will support OUSD A&S in various departmental initiatives aimed at advancing defense acquisition and sustainment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Research and Development: Lead initiatives in advanced technology research for defense acquisition and sustainment.
Developmental Testing and Evaluation: Oversee and ensure compliance with OUSD A&S standards and objectives in complex developmental testing and evaluation.
Strategic Executive Support: Provide expert-level guidance, technical direction, and strategic insights to align with OUSD A&S operational goals.
Required Qualifications:

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory.
Experience:
Level IV: Minimum of ten(10) years in DoD policy, product support, and logistics, with a Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Level III: Minimum of five (5) years in strategic communications, with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Essential Skills:
Executive-level support within DoD and federal agencies.
Proven ability to provide technical guidance and manage complex, multi-project initiatives.
Proficiency in customer relations, with strong judgment, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results across projects.

Minimum physical demands for on task positions: Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries, and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
