ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer, Journeyman to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide systems engineering support to various initiatives such as transformation; research, development, and implementation; and training & education.
- Responsible for identifying, formulating, designing, and testing solutions to engineering problems.
- Responsible for guiding the development of new and complex systems, employing system engineering methodologies and tools throughout the development phase.
- Provide expertise to research, analyze, and develop tools and methods to integrate with modeling environments.
- Collaborate in the conduct of technical reviews in an Authoritative-Source-of-Truth environment.
- May develop, review, and deliver training plans related to systems engineering.
Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Technical or Scientific area is required
- 3+ years of experience working in areas associated with engineering, systems engineering. Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required
- This position may require travel within the United States (less than 10%)

- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have a current and active Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS, ZOOM).
