We are seeking an experienced engineer or technical project manager to join the PEO C4I Front Office Technical Director team. In this role, you will provide essential support in developing and analyzing programmatic and technical artifacts for Information Warfare (IW) Systems of Systems (SoS) capabilities across varied mission areas. This position offers the chance to engage with high-level strategy and technical standards to enhance integrated IW capabilities critical to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Analysis and Program Support
•Analyze program acquisition strategies, technical standards, and related documentation to ensure alignment with IW mission goals.
•Support development of PEO C4I portfolio roadmaps, providing direction on IW Systems of Systems capabilities.
Cross-Domain Coordination
•Engage with various capability areas, leading coordination efforts to bridge alignment gaps and identify opportunities for capability integration.
•Conduct mission and domain analyses, offering technical evaluations that contribute to a cohesive IW SoS portfolio.
Technical Standards Review and Portfolio Alignment
•Assess and recommend engineering standards for applicability to PEO C4I programs.
•Support portfolio management by identifying and resolving gaps between SoS requirements and existing capabilities.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
•PEO C4I Portfolio Knowledge: Familiarity with the PEO C4I portfolio and Information Warfare experience, either civilian or military, is highly advantageous.
•Technical Expertise: Ability to understand and map Systems of Systems (SoS) requirements within PEO C4I's IW portfolio.
•Acquisition Process Knowledge: Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes to assess the robustness of program strategies.
•Road-Mapping and Strategic Planning: Experience with capability roadmap development and knowledge of the PPBE process for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) evaluation.
•Independent and Collaborative Work: Skilled in working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•Security Classification Standards: Familiarity with Security Classification Guidance Standards.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
•Clearance: Active Top Secret (SCI) clearance.
