We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration partner to migrate a highly customized PeopleSoft ERP to an SAP S/4HANA ERP solution on RISE that will provide integrated finance, supply chain, and planning functionality; interfacing with external manufacturing-related ERPs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • In this role, the individual serves as lead to provide expertise and guidance on the overall SAP Technology Infrastructure as it relates to IT and business strategies.
  • Evaluates, develops and maintains SAP infrastructure roadmap to reduce overall complexity and increase cost efficiency.
  • Maintains expertise in the area of SAP architecture including industry trends, strategies, and products to ensure corporate assets are optimized.
  • Decision making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Directs and controls activities for customer, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Interactions involve customer negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  • May supervise others.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Nine (9) or more years experience in SAP or other ERP equivalent COTS.
  • Five (5) or more years in multiple disciplines (e.g., FI, FM, CO, PS, SD, AM, WFM) and post production support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex integrated master schedules including activities across multiple stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated lead experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business, resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.
  • Must have S/4HANA experience
  • Familiar with DoE/Federal IT architectures
  • Thorough knowledge in SAP Infrastructure with emphasis on SAP Basis, Security, Change management, SAP Integration technologies, Development Workbench, Memory management, and Workload management within SAP CCMS.
  • Well-versed with SAP Data Dictionary, SAP Solution Manager, Transport management and Oracle physical design for SAP.
  • Knowledgeable with the HP-UX UNIX, Oracle RDBMS and Windows 2000 and 2003 platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in Web Infrastructure, SAP Integration Layers and NetWeaver Architecture.
  • Experience in SAP Sizing, Workload characterization and Capacity Planning.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written, with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, including working with internal and external departments and organizations; Experience with virtual, cross-functional teams with track record of delivering results.
  • Has domain and expert technical knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a favorable government clearance investigation for an SSBI.

Security Clearance:
  • SSBI or eligible

Travel:
  • Onsite/Remote - Preferred local to Kansas City, Missouri 80/20 Travel

Pay: $120,000 - $225,000 USD
