We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration partner to migrate a highly customized PeopleSoft ERP to an SAP S/4HANA ERP solution on RISE that will provide integrated finance, supply chain, and planning functionality; interfacing with external manufacturing-related ERPs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- In this role, the individual will provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design.
- This individual is responsible for designing/configuring business processes in SAP.
- Requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas.
- Implement S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) including, Corrective/Reactive Maintenance, SAP Service and Asset Manager, links equipment manuals and other, documentation to asset maintenance system (via ECM), and maintains Resource Scheduling. Introduces innovative approaches and methodologies for processes and support systems.
- May provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience.
- Five (5) or more years of experience working with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM) / EAM.
- Strong understanding of Asset Management principles and practices.
- Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
- Multiple end-to-end life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC.
- Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules, such as ECC, BW, SCM, SRM, etc (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred.

- SAP Certification
- Shows initiative and goes above and beyond to assist others as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a favorable government clearance investigation for an SSBI.

- SSBI or eligible

- Onsite/Remote - Preferred local to Kansas City, Missouri
