Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Preferred Skills: PMP and Security Plus
Location: Hampton, Virginia

Salary and Benefit Information
The likely salary range for this position is $120,702 - $163,302. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area
- Manage daily activities of the assigned team
- Responsible for developing and motivating staff while promoting teamwork
- Responsible for staff scheduling and deployment of work packages
- Provide financial management oversight for program and maintain budget
- Develops and maintains project plans, documents and customer deliverables
