Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented ILS Manager to join our team at Hill AFB, UT. This will be supporting the F-16 IAIS Product Support Integration effort.

Responsibilities:
- Technical expert, responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating total, cradle to grave logistics management to support a complex, major weapons system from concept through field deployment.
- Develops, refines, analyzes, and issues logistics policies for assigned programs applicable to one or more DoD components.
- Knowledge of automated logistics systems.
- FMS subject matter expert, responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating total, cradle to grave logistics management to support a complex, major weapons system from concept through field deployment.
- Provides expert advice related to FMS case management issues and ascertains that overall program performance is achieved as projected.
- Knowledge of the policies, practices, regulations, and laws concerning the acquisition and logistics management processes and initiatives.
- Knowledge of the application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods.
- Knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the DoD, Air Force, and organizations that govern, interface with, and/or influence the logistics management program processes.
- Skill in staff level planning, organizing, and overseeing critical aspects of development, production, and support of systems, subsystems, or equipment.
- Ability to integrate, analyze, and manage a variety of logistics functions in support of research, development, production, and support of a system, subsystem, or equipment.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
- Providing ILS administration, including supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, reliability, validation, and maintainability analysis of complex mechanical or electro-mechanical systems/equipment per DOD requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten years of experience, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of automated logistics systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- F-16 avionics experience
- Automatic Test Equipment experience
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
