Job duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and leading engineering and IT related processes for planning, execution and reporting to include: DevSecOps, Requirements and Interface Management, Architecture (system, data and security), Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Integration, Verification and Validation, Transition, Configuration Management, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Technology Services, SAP Solution, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Collaborating with technical teams to streamline processes and optimizing the delivery of IT solutions and support services.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and ensuring client satisfaction with our IT solutions and services.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and innovation within the IT solutions engineering capabilities.
- Supporting Technical Solutioning by designing architectures for both business development and project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following requirements in order to be considered for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or Information Technology from an ABET accredited university or college program. An educational equivalency of four (4) years of experience in a comparable (i.e., performing the same or similar function) assignment on an enterprise business system may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of a DoD Secret clearance
- Seven (7) years of experience in the implementation of DoD enterprise IT program(s), performing systems engineering associated with the design, development, and implementation of IT.
- Three (3) years of experience in a senior leadership engineering position as a Chief Engineer, Technical Director, Engineering/Technical PM, or equivalent for a DoD IT program.
- Demonstrated experience with implementation of Enterprise Business Systems including:
- DevSecOps
- Requirements and Interface Management
- Architecture (system, data and security)
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Integration
- Verification and Validation
- Transition
- Configuration Management
- Software Engineering
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud Technology Services
- SAP Solution
