As a ServiceNow Platform and Systems Administrator, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We’re looking for an experienced developer like you with the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production ready.
This role is more than just coding. As a ServiceNow Platform and Systems Administrator, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Qualifications
3+ years of experience with software design and development
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration, self-hosted installations, ongoing operations, and maintenance of the environment
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator Certification
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE Certification within 30 days of start
Additional Qualifications
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with requirements management, and JIRA or RTM platforms
Experience with LDAP Integration and Web Service Integration, including API Web Services
Experience with ServiceNow Development APIs and Single Sign-on configuration and administration
Experience with coordinating between cross-functional teams
Experience with AWS
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, or HR modules
Bachelor's degree
ITIL v3 Foundations or ServiceNow Certification, including Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist
Clearance

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 - $200,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
