Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary interface with the Government and has overall responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the contract effort, including cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs/projects.
- Leads customer program reviews and coordinates personnel, technical, and financial resources as required to meet contract requirements.
- Managing and leading a multi-level organization that supports the physical site and all day-to-day operational readiness and support requirements for the NGB Consequence management organizations throughout the CONUS.
- As the director of a large organization, you will lead a management team overseeing ~40+ employees.
- The areas of responsibility may include environmental management, occupational safety and health, facilities, security, emergency management, logistics, enterprise IT, maintenance and repair shop, and related services. You will work closely with NGB across the CONUS.
Qualifications
- 15 years of proven successful senior management and supervisory experience.
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- National Guard Experience.
- CBRNE prior experience.
- Ability to maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
- FEMA ICS 100, 200, 400 and 700 certifications / OSHA 10/30.
