Support Technical Writing and Document Standards

•Review and refine technical content, functional descriptions, and system specifications, ensuring all deliverables meet DoD style and terminology standards.

•Establish and manage document pipelines, maintaining high editorial standards for clarity, order, and style.

•Work closely with Front Office stakeholders to develop a unified, consistent style that aligns with SAP and DoD standards.

Enhance Policy Document Quality

•Develop and maintain an organized process for delivering policy drafts, SOPs, and special reports in line with customer requirements.

•Verify the use of proper technical terms and references, ensuring compliance with DoD policy formats and guidelines.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills and Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree; an Associate's degree plus 2 years of experience may also suffice).

Experience:

•At least 6 years supporting the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) in policy or management functions.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Advanced Degree: Master's in a policy or technology-related field, with 6 years of policy writing experience.

Specialized Policy Knowledge: Experience with SAP programs or similar.

Leadership Experience: Background as a manager or team lead in policy development.
