Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Support Specialist to support the operations at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) in Port Hueneme, CA. This position is integral to maintaining and enhancing the overall performance of critical systems within the operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT problem-solving and system maintenance, working closely with engineers to ensure seamless functionality across systems. As a Senior Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex IT issues, recommending preventative measures, and implementing effective solutions to meet user and operational needs.

As a Senior Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex IT issues, recommending preventative measures, and implementing effective solutions to meet user and operational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex IT problems, recommend procedures, and implement solutions for problem prevention.
- Collaborate with engineers to assess user needs and determine the most effective solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain and enhance the overall performance of systems to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing efficient and timely support.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the integrity of technical infrastructure.
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistency, reliability, and effectiveness of systems.
- Document procedures, solutions, and system changes in compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technical support staff as needed.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 7-10 years of related experience in IT support or a similar technical field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to determine solutions to user needs.
- Expertise in maintaining and optimizing system performance.
- Current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) operations or other federal government agencies.
- Familiarity with NSWC PHD operations or similar environments.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
