Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Program Manager to oversee the information security program at the NSWC PHD operations in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will be integral in managing all aspects of security operations, including personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, and emergency planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security, strategic management, and possess the ability to work within a government setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation of the information security program for NSWC PHD operations.
- Lead and manage strategy development, infrastructure maintenance, and policy enforcement related to information security.
- Supervise and manage personnel assigned to security-related tasks, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities and adhere to security protocols.
- Develop and execute emergency planning, ensuring proper measures are in place to address potential security incidents.
- Implement and promote security awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. government security requirements and policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the integrity and security of the operational environment.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in overseeing and managing information security program implementation.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing strategy, personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, emergency planning, and/or security awareness.
- Current U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
Certifications:
- A+, Network+, or SCCP certification required.
