McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is seeking a Management Analyst who will support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport RI. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) is the United States Navy's full-spectrum research, development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support center for submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive weapons systems associated with undersea warfare. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills,and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide programmatic support to a technical team and senior-level executive at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport. Responsible for a broad variety of programmatic tasking and support for the team, including scheduling and participating in cross-organizational meetings, preparation and formatting of presentations, recording meeting minutes and action items, maintaining project schedules, managing processes, generation of documentation, tracking and reporting, configuration management, and other tasks as assigned. Coordinate high volume of cross-organizational travel arrangements and conference registration. Position requires close coordination with the team as well as the ability to independently research and resolve issues. Position also requires communication with and coordination across multiple organization and with high-ranking personnel. Must be capable of multitasking with precision and maintaining high level of productivity. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) preferred.

Requirements:
7+ years’ experience in business analysis, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations preferred.
