ServiceNow Project Analyst/Scrum Support
The Project Analyst must have experience in creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data. Must have experience creating routine and ad hoc reports. Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms. Lead a development team on Scrum principles and help the team focus on sprint goals and achieve their highest performance level to ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical ability, and full industry knowledge.. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Analyst or manager role
• Experience with a requirement or business analysis
• Knowledge of ServiceNow
• Ability to lead Agile transformation efforts.
• Ability to work collaboratively to set up enterprise Agile processes for a large program.
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of other relevant experience may be substituted for education.
• Agile, SAFe or PMP Certification
