What You Will Do :
Our Department of Defense & National Security Account Executive positions will support Guidehouse's Defense & Security Sector. Leaders will bring depth of experience and advise on a range of mission-related issues within existing engagements and new pursuits. Engagements will focus within the Department of Defense as well as other Defense & National Security focused missions.

These roles will be a combination of engagement delivery, new opportunity pursuit with a strong emphasis on thought leadership. The role will seek to find the intersections between various mission related needs and professional services solutions.

What You Will Need :

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
• A bachelor's degree
• TWENTY (20) or more years' relevant experience directly supporting the DoD, federal government, or management consulting delivering to these organizations.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders within the Department of Defense and federal government
• Experience identifying, solving, and delivering engineering/technology solutions
• Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing
• Experience translating policy into programmatic actions
• Knowledge of Defense industry missions and initiative

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance, or higher
• A graduate degree
• Experience delivering within an organization of similar or larger size or scope
