Strategic Partnership Development
• Prime Contracts
o Develop relationships with potential Government customers whose requirements align with our core capabilities
o Compare Government customer requirements to our core capabilities and identify gaps
o Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with large and small companies to fill capability gaps
o Run capture on the Prime Contract opportunities
• Subcontracts
o Develop strategic partners and alliances with large and small companies who will serve as Prime Contractors for future Government opportunities
o Run capture on the Subcontract opportunities
Develop and Maintain an Opportunity Pipeline
• Use GovWin and other business development tools to maintain an opportunity pipeline
• Leverage industry networks and partnerships for early insights into emerging opportunities
• Implement a plan to Identify, Track, Qualify, Pursue, and Capture opportunities
• Develop capture strategies and win opportunities to meet annual business development goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Negotiation, Deal Structuring, Proposal Development
• Lead negotiations with potential strategic partners and alliances
• Develop partnership Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Technical Agreements (TAs)
• Ensure all parties' interests are addressed
• Assist in writing proposals and participating in color reviews
• Desired: Understand the application of Generative AI to business and proposal development processes
Strategic Interactions with Stakeholders

o Engage with U.S. Congress members, acquisition commands, senior military officials, and executives from large and small enterprises to generate business opportunities
o Maintain current understanding of stakeholders' needs, interests, and potential areas for mutual collaboration
o Create and deliver presentations that communicate company capabilities, innovations, and value proposition
Qualifications
• Proven experience in government relations, military engagement, or C-suite industry level business development
• Strong networking skills and established network within government, defense, and the private sectors
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to audiences
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
