Position Summary:
The Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)/Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul – Supply (MRO-S) Functional Management Office (FMO) requires the support of a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Lead. This position will lead in identification, assessment, development, and execution of BPR activities for the MRO/MRO-S FMO.

Responsible for leading the evaluation and reengineering of current business processes.
Facilitate BPR workshops at required locations for MRO/MRO-S FMO
Manage action items to resolution after workshops and meetings.
Manage use of process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
Support activity and data modeling, development of modern business methods, identification of best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements.
Key coordinator between customers and multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and application of best practice including e-business practices.
Ensure unique naming and maintain information assets associate to the traversing of data from one process to another within the scope of an End to End (E2E) process flow and across multiple E2E processes, insuring connectivity and integration stability.
Past performance with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and understand the modeling effort and tools.
Ensure the capturing of business rule and associate them to a business process being used or performed in a process within the E2E process

Education/Experience:
End-to-End process mapping decomposition to identify gaps
Understanding of impacts of Air Force Logistics and Financial Laws, Regulations, and Policies (LRP) to requirements development and identification of pain points
Familiarity and prior use of JDevloper Suite and Visio are a plus.
Understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite requirement and configuration processes
Prior work with Oracle Unified Method (OUM)
Familiarity with Agile, SCRUM, SAFE, and Kanban tenants, processes, and use
Familiar with AF Logistics and Supply Chain. Financials (FM) a plus
Past performance with Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and familiar with modeling tools a plus
Presentation and Language Ability: Excellent verbal, nonverbal, listening, and observation skills. Probing with questions to drive the discussion. Timekeeping and topic management. Establishing a psychologically safe environment for sharing. Creating focus and calm amongst the group to achieve desired outcomes. Unbiased objectivity.
