Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 5 + years of experience with engineering and systems architectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development life cycle
- 5+ years of experience with systems engineering for Navy or DoD project of systems supporting Mission Planning, Command and Control or Decision Support Systems
- Experience with Collaboration Tools, web-based portals or Wiki environments
- Knowl edge of collecting information to define system requirements and develop concept of operations
- Ability to lead Integrated Product Team
- Ability to analyze customer capabilities and support mission through detailed processes and requirements traceability
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in developing requirements from user stories and use case s, and working with the user community to collect user stories and use cases
- Experience in working with Test Engineers to perform trac ing between requirements repository and test cases
- Experience with performing requirements gap analysis
- Experience with performing requirements traceability to a configuration item baseline
- Experience with writing high level documents, including Capability Development Document or Capability Package
- Experience in working with DoD p ersonnel to develop key performance parameters and derived requirements
- Experience with project management to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
