Position Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Acquisition Analyst s for our large U.S. Army SETA contract at Fort Belvoir, VA . Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with product line acquisition management
  • Assist with development and drafting of acquisition strategies, plans, and other acquisition documents
  • C oordinate taskings and deliverables across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
  • Assist with preparation and staffing of m ilestone documentation
  • Assist with determining contracting strategy, preparing contracting documents, coordinating contracting activities , and contract oversight
  • Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
  • Assist with preparation and management of program budget s and schedule s
  • Assist with preparation of Supply Requests Packages to DLA , and help manage product transition from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
  • Assist with cost, schedule, performance, and risk assessment
  • Assist with contract deliverables


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with > 1 2 years of relevant experience
  • Current SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)
  • Acquisition career specialization in p rogram m anagement, c ontracting, or life cycle logistics
  • Knowledge and demonstrated skills in:
  • Product Life Cycle Management
  • Acquisition and c ontracting documents (to include J&A , Sou r ce Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE , and D&F )
  • DOD D 5000.01 and DOD I 5000.02
  • JCIDS
  • Cost analysis
  • WAWF , iRRAPFT , and GFEBS
  • Adherence to program's teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual) while working remotely

The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
