Network Engineer

Job Summary:

The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement network solutions, including local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud-based networking.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and policies.
- Ensure network security through firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Conduct regular network assessments and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Knowledge of VMWare desired.
