The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced International Program Management Support Specialist to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of complex international programs through rigorous programmatic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management. You will conduct “what-if” scenarios, manage cost and schedule assessments, facilitate risk management, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders and agency partners.

As a specialist, you will support project teams by evaluating contractor deliverables, managing records, and coordinating funding and agreements with partners. Your insights and recommendations will be critical in influencing programmatic decisions, helping to manage the agency’s resources efficiently, and ensuring alignment with the geospatial intelligence mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct programmatic analysis, including cost/schedule assessments and risk management.
Manage stakeholder engagement and draft/execution of program management plans.
Coordinate funding with agency partners, ensuring support agreements and documentation.
Facilitate end-of-year financial execution, adjusting to spend plan variations.
Provide critical analysis and recommendations to support programmatic decisions.
Support the evaluation of contractor deliverables and assist project management teams.
Manage records and documentation processes in line with program requirements.

Qualifications
Active TS/SCI, CI poly preferred
Minimum twelve (12) years of experience and eight (8) years of relevant experience.
Manage both programmatic and technical aspects of complex programs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
Understand Systems engineering and Acquisition processes.
Understand the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the IC.
Familiarity with NSG and ASG systems.
Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint.
Understand Certification and Accreditation processes.
Experience with International Programs.
Trained and experienced with using the XACTA Information Assurance web application.
Understanding of NGA Mission Partner and customer/user roles and missions.
Familiarity with Services Oriented Architecture (SOA).
