DESCRIPTION
Location: Ramstein Air Base Germany
Clearance: Secret
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs exercise development tasks to complement team efforts to properly design, plan, prepare, coordinate, and execute assigned exercises.
• Plans or participates in concept development workshops, initial planning workshops, mid-planning workshops, and final planning workshops for assigned exercises. Prepares briefings and other required materials.
• Coordinates with operational and functional commands for their participation and support.
• Assists with assessment, design, development, implementation management and testing of current and prospective exercise programs.
• Conducts after action Reviews and prepares After Action Reports.
Skillset:
• Develops operational plans and concepts. Designs data collection requirements to support operational planning. Provides advice and recommendations to high level officials regarding operational plans and concepts.
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience :
· Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience.
