Microsoft Viva Implementation Consultant

Our client, a large professional services firm, is looking to hire a Microsoft Viva Implementation Consultant for a remote contract to migrate away from Signal Dynamic and move to Microsoft Viva (amplify, engage, communications, goals). The end client does not have the capabilities to support getting Viva up and running, and the care and feeding that the environment may need over time. The consultant will have to work with our partner/customer to determine level-of-effort (LOE).

Required Skills:

• Experience implementing Microsoft Viva
• Experience moving away from Signal Dynamic or at a minimum working with it
• Strong consultative skills to work with customer lacking technical skills
• Strong communication skills
