As a Restore System Administrator 2, you will assist in restoring files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications Netbackup, Avamar, and Commvault and will work in the Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.

Job Description / Requirements:
- Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 9 am-5 pm or 10 am-6 pm
- Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and e-mail organization
- Profile and permission structure knowledge
- Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align with SLA obtainment
- High School or Equivalent and 15 years experience or
- Bachelor's and 10 years of experience
- Comp Tia Security +
