Job Overview: Seeking talented candidates to contribute UX/UI design expertise to a web application refresh initiative, while also establishing standards and providing support for new product developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide UX/UI design guidance for the modernization and refresh of an existing web application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, user-friendly design standards across both current and future products.
• Develop and refine UX/UI templates to streamline the design process and maintain consistency.
• Offer strategic input on enhancing the user experience (UX), ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and intuitive design.
• Support the implementation of design standards across new products to ensure scalability and user satisfaction.
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience with React software, contributing to both design and front-end development efforts.
• Strong understanding of web standards, user-centered design, and best practices for modern web applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, translating user needs into effective design solutions.
