Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis and validation of whether or not data models and other solution components meet the intent of the client's strategy
- Support system analysis, software changes and integrations across multiple technologies
- Support the review of client data policies and system data fields to understand how the relevant data model will impact to day-to-day operations
- Contribute to the establishment of data management strategies, principles, models and standards
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in applicable field
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and functional team members
- Strong ability to break down problems, structure ones own and other work, and deliver outcomes and valuable outputs on aggressive timelines
- Experience with complex problem-solving strategies, able to determine the source of a problem and find effective solution(s) through an in-depth evaluation of varying factors, strong capacity for abstract reasoning and creative visioning
- Experience using Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, Enterprise Architect, etc.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Agile practices, methodologies, and tools
- Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation with multiple stakeholders and ensuring integration/collaboration occurs across all parties
Preferred:
- Experience with large-scale government ERP finance implementations and data
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools
- Experience facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Experience working remotely within a large project
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
- Experience in SQL, Python, data modeling, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning preferred
- Hands-on experience with data management, data architecture and data modeling within the DoD
