As a mission manager you will design, develop, and execute solutions in support of intelligence organizations, missions, and/or processes. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Help our client understand their operational battlespace and the national-level threats in that space.
  • Utilize a multitude of different collection platforms and tools as you explore new data sources and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open source.
  • Validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments on strategic level targets within your assigned area of responsibility (AOR).
  • Become the authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools, so our client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
  • Define your expertise, develop new skills on incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative and picture.
  • Drive complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities.
  • Work with a team where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts.
  • Lead mission partners in a 24/7/365 operations environment.


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Requires an active TS/SCI security clearance w/ Poly.
  • Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work.
  • 10+ years of experience with working in a professional environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in the operational community
  • Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments, including federal or state law enforcement, USG or USMIL operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation.
  • Knowledge of life cycle and sponsor operations, and how to support them and apply appropriate stages for executing a client's mission.
  • Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and Master's degree a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work on rotating 8-12-hour shifts.
  • Routine in-person meetings and/or video conferences.
