Softek Global Services provides both operations & strategic support to tribal 8(a) & commercial organizations. Our client we are supporting is a family of companies are comprised of multiple SBA Certified Native American Tribal 8(a) and multi-certified organizations focused on delivering Information Technology, Management Consulting, and General Construction solutions to the Federal Government along with the Commercial Sector. actively seeking a Systems Analyst/Engineer based in the Hampton, VA. area. This position is expected to be onsite, and a DoD Secret Clearance will be required.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our valued client’s team supporting the Air Combat Command Defensive Cyber Operations contract at Langley AFB. The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Providing information systems administration support technical expertise and support for C4 programs.
• Operating and executing computer System Administrator roles and responsibilities for SIPR/NIPR capabilities at the DTC and maintaining smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.
• Microsoft Active Directory (AD) NMS SolarWinds preferable. Oracle, UNIX, Microsoft Operating Systems. MS Server 2016 and above, SCCM/Current Branch, MS Endpoint Config Mgr (MECM), WSUS, ACAS, SPLUNK, Red Hat.
• Seven years’ experience with providing information systems administration support, of which three years of experience providing technical expertise and support for C4 programs.
• Certification Required: 8750 IAT Level II
Preferred qualifications:
• NetApp Certified Technology Associate (NCTA) NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), MCSA/MCSE, VMware Certified Professional Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) 6.0 or higher, Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA), Security+/CASP.
