Overview

We are seeking candidates to provide specialized Targeteer SME support to assist USSOCOM subordinates or associated organizations and staffs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight (8) or more years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with 5 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies.- At least three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.- Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.- Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.- 3 or more years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).- Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
- Expert knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience.- Excellent briefing skills and experienced in directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Targeteer in an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community.- Experience with target material production (TMP), to include, but not limited to, target development and validation.
